Welcome to Beresford Street Kitchen, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of St Helier, Jersey. This charming café not only offers a delightful escape from the everyday hustle but also stands as a beacon of hope and support for vulnerable adults in the community. As you step through the doors at 17 Beresford St, you’re greeted by a vibrant atmosphere that feels both welcoming and uplifting.

Here, the focus is on serving up not only delicious, freshly prepared food but also a strong sense of purpose. The café thrives with the energy of its dedicated team, who pour their heart and soul into every dish served. From the moment you place your order, you can taste the passion and care that goes into the food. Popular offerings include scrumptious cakes and hearty jacket potatoes, though be sure to check for availability as the kitchen works diligently to provide fresh options daily.

Guests rave about the menu, with many shining a light on the lovely cake creations that pair perfectly with a rich cup of coffee or tea. Imagine sinking your teeth into a decadent brownie, followed by a thick and creamy chocolate milkshake, or trying the luscious avocado toast that perfectly complements the café’s laid-back vibe. The ambiance strikes a balance between lively conversation and the soothing murmurs of patrons enjoying their meals - a place where you can easily lose track of time in great company.

As customer John Tindall aptly described, “This charity supporting vulnerable adults is just a brilliant place.” It’s not just a café, but a community hub where every visit contributes to a greater cause. Its commitment to quality and inclusivity makes Beresford Street Kitchen not just a stop for a quick bite, but a meaningful experience. Whether you choose to enjoy a vibrant chat with a friend over a warm cup or delve into a quiet moment with a slice of cake, the café is designed for every occasion.

However, like any dining experience, there are areas for improvement. For example, customer J RenJsy shared a constructive review of the Christmas Yorkshire pudding, noting the desire for hotter serving plates and a richer gravy. Such feedback is a testament to the café's commitment to growth and improvement.

Beresford Street Kitchen is more than just a place to grab a bite; it’s about the spirit of community and the love for good food. Join the happy patrons who find joy in every visit and don’t miss out on the chance to support a wonderful cause. Whether you're enjoying a culinary treat or purchasing some of the unique printed work created by the team, you’ll walk away feeling not just satisfied, but uplifted.

So next time you find yourself in St Helier, make sure to stop by Beresford Street Kitchen – a café that truly does good while serving up the good stuff!

This charity supporting vulnerable adults is just a brilliant place. The food choice is wide, the food is freshly prepared and the atmosphere lively without the accompaniment of loud music. If you're in St Helier you've got to give this place a try.

Had a coffee and tea here and it was a nice place to visit and meet up with a friend. I cant vouch for the food, as I had nothing to eat, but plenty of other people were ordering food so it must be good.

More than a place, a spirit ! Wonderful team, delicious food. We went for the jacket potatoes, unfortunately there weren't left that day, so we'll come back for it, for the rest was so great : chocolate milk shake, brownie, advocado toast... Thank you so much for being there

Tried the Christmas Yorkshire pudding. All the ingredients for a dinner in a Yorkshire pudding. Tasty enough but served on a cold plate. Gravy was thin as water and cranberry sauce straight from fridge. A good attempt. 5/10..Don't give up!

Lovely place with a great ethos. The huevos ranchers and latte were both good and served fairly quickly. Staff were nice and friendly and overall vibe was great.
